Shipping Information
Free shipping is offered on orders of $50 and over if shipped within the US* (*This does not apply to exchanges on prostheses. A small fee of $3.85 will be charged on items exchanged.)
A shipping of $6.95 will apply to orders of $49.99 or less.
Shipments to APO and AE addresses will be shipped USPS for an additional $3.
Please call or email for rate information on International or Canadian shipments. (Shipments may be subject to tax or border fees which will be your responsibility)
We offer expedited shipping options:
Next Day Delivery - The charge for next day delivery is $39.00 (Next day deliveries must be ordered by 12:00pm Central Time to be shipped the same business day and receive your order within 1 to 2 business days (most areas are within one day delivery)
2 Day Delivery - The charge for 2 day delivery is $25.00 (2 day deliveries must be ordered by 12:00pm Central Time to be shipped the same business day and receive your order within 2 to 3 Business days (most areas are within 2 day delivery)
We ship DHL and US Postal Service
Mom's Mastectomy can not be responsible for items lost in shipping. We offer the option to insure your order for a fee of $3.50.
We respect your privacy. We will send your order to you in a plain box with nothing to indicate the contents.
Your merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. We will notify you of any out of stock items or other shipping delays.
If we need to special order an item you can expect to receive it in 10-14 days unless otherwise notified.
Returns & Exchanges
All of our Prosthesis are backed by manufacturers guarantee. If the prosthesis ordered does not fit we must be contacted within 3 working days.
We apologize, but we CAN NOT accept any returns of bras, so please be absolutely sure of the size before you order.
RETURNS:
- Prosthesis must be in their original boxes and in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
- The product can not be worn.
- A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns.
- Returns must be received by us within 14 days from purchase date.
- Returns will be credited to your account minus the original shipping cost.
- If an item has been specially ordered there can be no returns or exchanges.
- A return authorization number must be on the outside of the box for all exchanges.
- Contact us for a return authorization number.
- Any package without a return authorization will be refused.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Privacy Policy
We do not share any information we receive from you. The boxes used for shipping do not indicate the contents. You can expect your privacy to be guarded by us.
